Coaches should inspire their athletes to be the best versions of themselves. Not tell them how bad they are. If your athletes are in need of improving, coach them, teach them. Help make them better. Help create a better version of themselves.

When coaches put THEIR program over the students education there’s a problem.

The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.

Coaches need to work on bringing out the best of what’s in their players. Rather than worrying about the outside appearance.

The spirit of the coach shines through their team when the team is challenged. Be the spark your teams need.

Words matter, when used correctly you inspire people to get better. When used incorrectly you can push your team away. Remember everyone is a leader. The question you need to ask yourself is where will I lead them. There is a path to greatness or the path to embarrassment.

Coaches need to learn the spirit of each player to create a positive atmosphere.
