“That’s what you do to me.” She was sincere, tirelessly wrapping her arm around her waist, her lips moving towards her cheek, pressing a peck to hers. “I…I never thought I’d be able to do this again.”

The General wrapped her arms around her affectionately, her fingers tracing the other woman’s hair. “I missed you too.”

“I’m fine, you know it was a very busy week, I barely had time to rest.” She slid a few fingers through the other’s hair, caressing her, enjoying that pleasant feeling of closeness between them.

“The important thing here is that I have no intention of leaving you.” That feeling of peace was incomparable; she was truly enjoying it, feeling her close, feeling that everything was reciprocal and so genuine.
