This is at friston forest. Beautiful morning’s run through the woods. when I first started running I would only run with others. I was afraid to run on my own as I thought I couldn’t do it. I no longer have that fear. Feeling so lucky to live where I live.😊❤️

Thinking about my brother today who would of been 52 years old. Taken from us so tragically. Trying to stay positive and remember the good memories we had as a family. They say time is a good healer but I think you just learn to live with the sadness.😢xxxx
