For 80% of my life @delta was the elite of air travel. Now EVERY Time I fly with them my experience is worse. Their AI doesn’t understand, a 20 min connection is nearly impossible even if doors didn’t close 15 before departure. I’ve been booked on 5 flights so far. 😩
