“Removing suppressors & short-barreled firearms from the NFA is essential to restoring the rights of law-abiding Americans & rolling back unconstitutional taxes that the ATF has used for decades to harass gun owners. The time to act is now.” - Erich Pratt

Happy to have my name on this, we have to do what we can with this opportunity to cripple the NFA. Keep up the pressure in the senate!

There’s a reason they turned off replies. It’s almost like our enemies have no clue what they’re talking about, and are afraid of being corrected. Anyone who’s tried to build an AK from a kit knows that “virtually anyone” cannot do it “easily” to say the least 😂

🚨BREAKING🚨 The Senate Finance Committee Cmte. has improved the One Big Beautiful Bill to FULLY REPEAL the National Firearms Act excise taxes on: ✅Suppressors ✅Short-Barreled Rifles ✅Short-Barreled Shotguns ✅Any other Weapons This is a massive victory for the Second Amendment!

This is superb news. However, GOP must commit to ignoring the Parliamentarian if she rules this can't be done via reconciliation. The NFA was ALWAYS justified as only a tax since its inception, and registration just confirmed the tax payment. Any argument otherwise now to try

🚨 MAJOR 2A WIN 🚨 The Senate Finance Committee’s budget reconciliation bill text further restores our Second Amendment freedoms. In addition to suppressors, the Senate’s version eliminates the taxation and registration for SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs.

My Hearing Protection Act made it into the Senate’s One Big Beautiful Bill. It’s simple: law-abiding Americans shouldn’t be taxed or burdened with red tape to exercise their Second Amendment rights. This is a big win for freedom and the Constitution.

As much as we wish we could get rid of the regulations and background checks, the OBBB does no such thing. Resorting to lying is all that anti-gunners have left to try to keep their unconstitutional restrictions on the Second Amendment.

Aidan Johnston The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" (H.R.1) removes suppressors and short-barreled firearms from the NFA, eliminating the $200 tax and registration. However, background checks under the Gun Control Act still apply, contrary to claims of dropping all checks. Standard shotguns and

The NFA should be eliminated completely. Yet budget reconciliation gives us a rare opportunity to take a chunk out of it by removing the tax & registration on suppressors & short-barreled firearms. We must keep these 2A victories in the One Big Beautiful Bill.

This Congressman is the reason we have both suppressors & short barreled firearms in the OBBB. Without his fight for both in the House, we almost certainly wouldn’t have seen the Senate’s improvement.

Thanks to GOA’s federal team, Congressional allies, & grassroots pressure, the “One Big Beautiful Bill” contains language to remove NFA taxes & registration requirements on: ✅Suppressors ✅SBRs ✅SBSs ✅AOWs What’s next? Here’s the breakdown: ⤵️
