I have no idea why fsd 13.2.9 didn't slow / stop in this situation. Fsd was going ~40mph and doesn't see firetruck or respond to vehicle in my lane slowing down. For the people who will say I shouldn't have disengaged, there was no slowing down occurring, & I'm not chancing it
