I decided to read all of the HOA rules before going into contract for a new home today. I learned that I can’t have a gym in the other half of my garage and that I can’t use my grill. No thanks lol.

Wow the home buying process can be a bit overwhelming. The monthly payments would only be 25 % of my take home pay but I’m STILL sitting here like… do I really want to drop this much money on a down payment + closing costs just to call it “mine”? 😅
