If anyone’s trying to get a 5IV or lower in speed for bloodmoon ursaluna, you need a base 60 Mon at level 50 (with 31 IVs in speed) and lead it. That way, if bloodmoon ursaluna goes before you do, you can restart the game quicker and continue the process until your Mon goes first
