Today I headed to Capitol Hill to meet with Speaker of the House Burgum on critical issues that our nation faces today. I was greeted in the beautiful rotunda, then we went to his brand new office.

I fully support the creation of NASA in our nation including the bill to create it. Upon approval and signed by the President, this administration will get to work in building it and finding the right people for the job. The stars are truly the limit. 🚀

Today, Secretaries Smith and Cohen visited a homeless shelter in D.C. With HUD and DHHS, we will be getting these people the proper living and nutrient needs that every human should have access to.

Secretary Cohen and I are staying healthy through keeping up with the exercises since our American Marathon! Secret Service could barely keep up!

On the coast of Florida today, I had the honor of visiting members of the U.S. Coast Guard. This branch under the DHS is vital to protecting the homeland through our waters and we are very greatful for their service.

Today, March 22nd was World Water day. My office and the departments of agriculture and HHS is committed to safe and sustainable water for all to access. The water supply site we visited day ensures our supply never diminishes and is safe for the American people.

Today at an American farm, I rounded out the Coexistence Project by announcing S.34008 - The Coexistence Act by Senator Victoria Fisher. This act will ensure the Coexistence project continues long after my term, and ensures long lasting change in American agriculture and energy.

I’ve just touched down in Illinois after we’ve been given the green light to land. The federal government is dedicated to being there in the recovery of every citizen of this tornado outbreak, every step of the way.

Today with Illinois local and federal search and rescue teams, I rode along to assess damages and provide evacuation if necessary. Thankfully the building seemed already evacuated before a tornado struck and ripped through it. My office is dedicated to aiding all those affected.

I had the honor of being there to deliver a check to help rebuild Illinois and the futures of those effected. Thank you to the WHO for being there when the American people need it most, and thank you to Illinois State Police for their dedication to service during this hard time.
