Highly impressive race from Raymond, clocking a mild windy 10.12s (2.2m/s), to finish behind teammate Hakim Sani Brown (10.06s), at the Tom Jones Memorial in Florida. His time takes him to No2 in NGR under all wind conditions, behind Oduduru Divine Ejowvokoghene 9.94s ran last week.
