6R enjoyed constructing Light Bulb Circuits. Students were able to hypothesis and challenge any misconceptions they encountered. I Wonder... What would happen if? Students were exposed to Thinking Routines and were encouraged to apply the scientific language.

6R made delicious Sushi today as part of the Unit of Work 'Japan'. Great way to end the term off :)

Today 6R used linking cubes to construct there very own mixed numerals. Students were required to convert their mixed numeral to an improper fraction.
