One of the 1st things you’ll notice when policing here is the respect. This community loves their police service. Within days, everyone will know you. You, as a person, will matter. Your character, your skills, your compassion. This needs to experienced to be truly understood.

We had no concussion awareness back in the day. Those marks on my helmet probably left me (or the other guys) seeing stars. I’m super pleased that we have made progress in that regard…but I loved every second of Wildcat football.
