<1>Livpure Smart I did not expect the service will be so pathetic. Details : D7NR45d1010150. Was using DrinkPrime and thought of trying Livpure but looks like that was a bad decision. After multiple follow up with the team, machine was installed on 21st Sept, but was faulty.

<2> Livpure Smart Ideally if the person who installed the machine knew its faulty, then someone should come and fix it. But I have made numerous calls to customer care and they just same the dumb answer as pls wait for 24-48 hrs.

<3> Livpure Smart The cc care person says a service request is raised but today I was told no requests. the active one is N/20230923105425347. If you cannot do the installation issue fixed, please cancel it and refund.
