Shocked at how many people I know who have tested positive for Covid 19. Unfortunately I was in close contact with one of them at the weekend and received word that I had to self-isolate. The virus seems to be everywhere. Stay safe.

A Sky News investigation has found that official advice on what hand sanitiser to use in the UK no longer matches WHO standards. 
The WHO says sanitiser should contain at least 60% alcohol to be effective against COVID-19 - but the government watered down its own advice.

Our NHS and care staff deserve a pay rise.
