In an efficient market, the $SMLR acquisition would need to close with $ASST at about $1.44/share to make the implied price paid $95k per $BTC (under my $100M opco assumption and $120M debt).

Update: I bought 500,000 shares of $ASST yesterday and have now purchased over 1,000,000 shares in the last 30 days. I want max exposure to Bitcoin and I believe we've built the ideal structure for amplified Bitcoin exposure at Strive with the best team in the game. All in.
