Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Apple. Ordered new iPhone 4S today. Apple web site crashed after I entered credit card #.

But order didn't complete. Apple sent msg to AT&T that order completed so now I'm not eligible for upgrade pricing!

Why can Apple create wonderful technology and be SO INCOMPETENT at running its own IT infrastructure????
