Congratulations to the Blue Jays for winning the ALCS. Very exciting time for us Jay fans!! I have felt that if the Jays won the ALCS that they will win the World Series. The Dodgers are a great team, but I just have that gut feeling.

Looking forward to Max’s start this evening. Great competitor who has no fear of failure. If he is able to locate his pitches well…he will give the Jays a real chance to win this evening.

One of the real heroes in last night’s ballgame was Will Klein, someone that most of us probably never heard of prior to last night. He pitched 4.1 of one hit scoreless baseball, which made it possible for Freeman to hit the walk-off Homerun in the 18th. He stepped up!!

We never know who will do something special in the post season!!

Jays lost 1st two games in the ALCS, but won the championship. In this Series, Jays lost a tough 3rd game in LA; bounced back to win games 4 & 5. They are resilient!! There’s no reason why they can’t win game 7 tonight! Let’s Go Blue Jays!

Great season for the Blues Jays! Already looking forward to 2026. Should be a very interesting offseason. Blue Jays are to have make some crucial decisions.

Lots of big decisions will have to be made by the Jays very soon. We all know priority one. With the right additions…this is a team that can compete for a championship for many years going forward. It is about to get interesting. Go Jays!

Good evening everyone. This past week I had the opportunity to participate in two podcasts. Jay Bird Watching and Toronto Mike. Both were a wonderful experience. Go Jays!

My teammate Jessie Barfield recently mentioned Jimy Williams. He was a great teacher and mentor. Helped all of us be better defensively. No one wanted us to excel more than Jimy. He was also a very humble man.

I believe Dylan Cease is a positive addition to Jays rotation. Very durable the last 5 seasons. Coming off subpar year…but solid career numbers. On to Bo Bichette.

The signing of Dylan Cease may also indicate that the Jays feel they may not be able to come to terms with Chris Bassitt. We shall see.

Big week ahead. No predictions but whoever the Jays acquire it is extremely important that they are a personality that blends in well with the team. Puts winning ahead of any personal stats. Go Jays!

Jays are you unique because they play to win. We naturally all believe that everyone places winning before personal stats. Unfortunately…this is to often not true.

Congratulations to Jeff Kent! His induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame is long overdue. I have told a countless number of people over the years that he deserves induction. All time leader in home runs and RBI’s at second base. NL MVP in 2000.

Jeff and I were teammates for less than a full season. But he had a burning desire to learn and be the best he could possibly be. He had some qualities that often times are missing in young athletes.
