Sitting in a forum with Clare Daly and Mick Wallace who went to Aleppo as guests of the Assad regime to celebrate the bombing and sectarian cleansing of the city, who went on Chinese state TV to deny atrocities against Uyghurs, is a matter of great dishonour actually.

This is the third Russian double tap attack in Ukraine in four weeks, they are launched solely to kill first responders.

Maybe it’s not such a good thing that the three most powerful theological forces in the world are the Abrahamic religions with apocalyptic eschatologies.

13 years ago people of Daraa began protesting for the release of children from prison.

At the crossing between Daraa al-Balad and al-Mahata they were met with live gunfire from security forces, resulting in the first deaths in the Syrian revolution.

With the 13th anniversary of the #Syria nRevolution , we remember Hamza Ali Al-Khateeb, a 13 yr. old child tortured, mutilated, and murdered by the #Assad regime in #Syria . His crime? Attending a peaceful demonstration.
