I used to wreck my evenings and weekends over this. Too much connection to self worth from the session PL. I recommend you put in the hard work to redefine what it means to “win” each day. Make feeling good about your work about the things you can control.

Learning to finish the day red and walk away without trying to make it all back in one trade is the key to success. Stick to your plan, some days are going to be green, others are going to be red, what matters is to stick to your plan and focus on the long term.
