Two great colleagues of mine discuss a very topical subject. Worth a listen.

NHS dentist colleagues. How are you finding the current quarter UDA target? With a few weeks left of March would be interested to hear how achievable the target has proven to be? Hearing colleagues that have hit 45% already. Is this the general consensus?

Reflecting today on the amazing work dental professionals have done over the past 12 months and hoping that the time ahead will be better.

Scotland are one of the first countries to launch a #covid19 inquiry. Dental Protection have made a submission to highlight how the issues impacting dentistry could be handled better if there were to be another pandemic.

We are working on our submission to this Health and Social Care Committee inquiry to highlight the impact of litigation on dentistry and to propose some reforms that would make a positive difference.

It has been a pleasure to collaborate with BES and the authors on this guide. I offer my congratulations on what is an excellent and timely publication which covers all the key areas of contemporary endodontic practice.

I want to thank our members who took the time to respond to this survey about their experience of being investigated by the GDC. The results are stark and clearly set out the case for legislative reform from the government as well as process improvements from the regulator.
