Today’s #TeensWithMentors holiday mentorship session was a triumph. We are dedicated to shaping resilient young minds by equipping them with the skills they need to navigate the difficulties of our dynamic world. Together we are “building strong minds,one teen at a time.”

At our #TeensWithMentors day, we incorporated a game focused on building strong and healthy relationships. The game enhances teamwork,fosters communication,boosts morale,builds interpersonal skills like empathy and promotes a positive, collaborative environment.

At heart we know that mentoring is an exchange of ideas, helping to remove barriers for the next generation of talent. #TeensWithMentors

Through mentorship, the mentees are not only inspired to reach their goals, but they often go on to inspire and mentor others. Their success ripples throughout the community, uplifting all as they create a more self-reliant society. #TeensWithMentors

At the beginning of #TeensWithMentors team leader Raising Teenagers Uganda🇺🇬 reminded teenagers that the purpose of mentoring is to grow by tapping into the knowledge and experience of someone further along than yourself. It's the best way to accelerate their development.

We all thrive by having allies, people who support us and raise us up. When leaders act as mentors to the next generation, they get the personal satisfaction of seeing others succeed. At the same time, they gain greater. #TeensWithMentors

Yesterday's #TeensWithMentors organized by Raising Teenagers Uganda🇺🇬 was a great success. Teens were equipped with life skills like communication, decision making, they were safeguarded about online safety. One of the mentors Patricia Kajumba urged them to make intentional decisions.
