8 mile run at 7am on Labor Day Saturday morning. They’re just staying in their lane and putting in the necessary work to develop, progress and be successful. Love us or hate us….We are still Raines. “Reasons become excuses when they are used to avoid responsibility.”

The Cross Country conditions were horrible at Wolfson because of the rain and mud but Raines did an amazing job yesterday. I’m so proud of them. Sophomore Iason Williams lost both of his shoes in the mud but kept running and still managed to finished strong. Truly amazing.
