Day 2 - 67km with 1,600m of climbing. Mother nature was kinder today. We took the Roman Road (in rain) for Coed Y Brenin. Few trails and out toward Dolgellau and the Mawddach Estuary. fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/hilda-may…

Polly was holding the reins on day two of our epic Wales C2C - Sarn Helen. After a lush breakfast old skool it was Coed Y Brenin, Mawddach Estuary, Ffordd Ddu over to Bryncrug, and the epic Rhydyronen climb and drop in glorious sunshine. mtb.wales #Wales #mtb

Day 3 - 51km with 1,200m of climbing. It's the shortest day accompanied by lots of hills. Today started with a 11km climb from the door to get the heart pumping. It was a rain coat on and off kinda day with beautiful views and epic descents. fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/hilda-may…

If you sit at a desk all day, you NEED to MOVE your body. - Your morning should be at least a 15 minute walk. -Lunch should be at least 10 minutes of walking. -After work should be another 15 minutes or more. Sitting is the new smoking. Movement is life!
