I'm spreading it to everyone so that , people get aware of this service by ola and they don't get regretted by buying this faulty bike like we did

Really disappointed with Ola Electric Ola Support Bhavish Aggarwal want straight connection and action regarding or else taking legal action

We showed to service centre they told us it will take a month for new chassis to come and fix.
Main thing is we can't connect to the main ola team regarding the issue
Customer care line is busy and the Gmail is replied with auto reply

-there is no update received at start
-the suspension in front are stiff making it difficult to hand even on mild rough road
-the handle and screen part make noise and vibration after hitting rough surface
-the cap of the the handle bar of the seat has come out

- suspension broken and the bottom of the boot  has crack caused do to the suspension
- battery drains fast and the 4-3 kms decreases while Covering 1km distance even on 45-50 speed and even on eco mode
-there is always issue with maps as it shows server issues everytime

I had booked Ola S1 pro Gen 2 'order Id: OET-411414517161023-QYU090' on 27th february and I had picked up my ola from mapusa outlet on 12 March 2024, Within 4 days my bike faced major issue
