Been trying to get a HDFC Bank BizBlack milestone reward that stays undelivered even now. Multiple calls already and no one seems to know what’s going on. For a card of this status, it’s sad to see such poor service!

Disappointed with a company like Blue Dart Official that makes false excuses of “delivery out of serviceable area” to not deliver. Not only does it affect me but also the small business from whom I ordered the prepaid product. Both have to run after them now wasting time.

And the day ends… nothing from Blue Dart Official. No delivery. No call. Just the same cut and paste message in DM that the team will get in touch. Roda

Hi HDFC Bank I’ve now been trying to get a balance refund on my Forex Card for over a month. Have given the request in writing twice. Form submitted when I didn’t hear back on the 13th. Visited the branch 3 times. Nothing! Horrible service by your Sec29 Gurgaon branch.

The RM is the one I have been in contact with for the past month. He has been of no help. Your form says forex refund is done on the next working day. You’re now asking for another week. This is after a month already. Pathetic service! HDFC Bank

Over a month since when I’ve been trying to close a HDFC Bank Forex card and have pending forex returned to my account. Multiple messages to the RM, letters, form (which says it takes one day to return the amount) and still nothing. Avoid HDFC Bank at all cost!
