As a cattle rancher I couldn’t give two flying fucks how someone eats their steak or how they cook it. They could give it to their dog for all I care. If they’re buying steak I am happy. So if you eat your steak with ketchup or cook it well done, go ahead and do so guilt free.

Kinda crazy it took US cattle herd number to reach a 75 year low for the market to react and prices to rise. Like nobody cared at a 25 or 50 year low. 😂

Out til 9pm last night doing things I won’t have time for this weekend, up at 4am this morning to be done chores and have calving in order by sunrise. Picture day is like going to the dentist. Nobody enjoys the actual day but when the pain resides there’s relief that it’s over.
