Rafe Slager shot a career best round of 38 to lead the Knights to their second win of the season this afternoon. The win over Bremen at Silver Lake keeps the Knights undefeated on the season. Conference play begins Wednesday with a match against Aurora Christian.

The Knights won a close match against Westmont this afternoon at Silver Lake 164-168. The Knights remain undefeated on the season with a 4-0 record. Rafe Slager (39) and Joey Charleston (40) both birdied the last hole to secure the win. Micah Buikema (41) also came up big.

The Knights shot their best team score of the year but fell short to a very good Riverside Brookfield team 151 - 158. Joey Charleston shot 36, Rafe Slager 39, Micah Buikema 40, and Brady Riemersma 43. The Knights are now 4 wins against 1 loss on the season.

The Knights improved their record to 5 wins against 1 loss this afternoon with a win over Lisle. Rafe Slager led the way with a 1 over par round of 37 at River Bend Golf Course in Lisle.

Celebrating our 8 seniors on senior night! Ended the regular season 8-8 after a 3 shot win over St Laurence this afternoon at Silver Lake.

Congratulations to the golf team for taking third place at regionals this afternoon. They now advance to sectionals on Monday in Danville. This marks the third year in a row the Knights advanced to sectional competition.

Congratulations to Rafe Slager on signing today to play baseball at Olivet Nazarene University next year! Rafe is a rock in the Knights’ lineup, and one of the most dedicated and humble student athletes at CCHS.

Congratulations Rafe! A 4 year Varsity starter at the top of the order for CCHS. Not many of those come around. One of the most humble athletes to come through this program. Rafe is reliable as it gets in all facets of being a student-athlete and a prime example of CCHS culture.
