What a wonderful event! We now have a responsibility to ensure that Radical Football conference creates real change for young people! All children have rights enshrined in international law. How do we make them real? Let’s start by putting kids at the centre of their own game!

It’s time to reframe coaching. It’s not about the coach & their session plan. If you put the person first, you are still a coach! You just approach your task with a different lens & toolkit. Not one described by course criteria, ego or objectives. But by the person!
