Tonight's dinner. It's the first substantial meal I've had since Saturday. My insides have been a bit dodgy which when you've lost between 65 & 70% of them happens sometimes. Things have started to improve so I thought I'd have a go at eating something. It was very good. 😁

Sorting some stuff out and found this from 1989. Anne and I are with my Aunt Cathie outside the church prior to a family wedding. She was 41 here whilst I was 28, and it's proof that I was punching way above my weight. So glad she saw something in me. 😊 ❤️

Some Twinings UK English Breakfast loose leaf tea used for this morning's beverage. I should really use it more often because it tastes so much better than a teabag. 🫖

Waiting for the bus home. This sculpture is known as the Wincher's Stance. And for those not from Glasgow, the word 'winch' means to kiss or to make out with someone. The word is most commonly used in Glasgow, according to the Glasgow Evening Times newspaper. 😁

On my way home from last night's concert I went into thedhabba and got some Laal Maas lamb, Tarka Daal and Steamed Rice for tonight. It was excellent but my baldy spot looks like recent pictures of Dubai Airport. Definitely have it again. 😁

I'm feeling really down today. Over the last week or so I've really missed Anne & I think it came to a head yesterday with the arrival home of 'her' lifeboat. I'll be fine in a couple of days but I'm going to take some time away from here. ❤️
