The winning name of the elf is Buddy, you can collect him from your class teacher on Monday. He’s very excited to go to his new home! The chocolate hamper raffles will be drawn on Wednesday so get your tickets before then! 🍫 🎄

The EYFS children had a great time at the christmas party yesterday. They all had beautiful manners at party food time and we had some incredible dance moves 🕺🎄

We have had a busy week in Cherry class. We have had fun at our Christmas party, made Christmas cards and calendars, made rice chocolate crispy cakes and performed our Nativity! A very busy week but filled with fun. 🌈

Last week in Cherry class we started our new book ‘One Snowy Night’ by Nick Butterworth. We looked at the different characters in the book and read the story. We also started to learn about the number 3 in Maths. 🌈

This week in Maths Cherry class have been sorting objects into categories. We have sorted objects based on their colour, size, grouping and season! 🌈

It’s been busy week in Reception! Making our own clothes in the creative area and building some wonderful Lego creations.We’ve also really enjoyed NSPCC Number Day today!

Mrs Bradshaw’s silly friend Mixed up Max wrote to Apple class to let them know he knows ways we can look after our world. He was very mixed up! So the children wrote back to him to tell him the real ways he can help our planet 🌍 🌟

Apple class have had a wonderful day celebrating World Book Day. We dressed in pyjamas for our bedtime story and took part in lots of book day activities.

A delight to visit my old primary school Radcliffe Hall & Radcliffe Hall EYFS today. We joined the school council for lunch and had a great discussion about school, hobbies and the mayoral role. I look forward to welcoming them into the council chamber soon. (See pic of me from 1989!)

Thank you for all your kind donations for Bleakholt animal sanctuary. The children look incredible dressed as animals today!
