Lovely new train & welcoming cafe service to Cardiff this morning. However Trafnidiaeth Cymru Trenau Transport for Wales Rail my colleagues would of had to travel with no refreshments as you don’t accept cash. Luckily I had a card, but not everyone has one #equality #access All Wales People 1st Mencap Cymru @CC4LD #LDAdFest2024
