As part of our #STEMweek activities, some Y5 Hartland Intl School pupils attended a STEAM day. Thanks to Events | Victory Heights Primary School for hosting this fabulous event. Putting a skewer through a balloon and not popping it was certainly one of those 'awe and wonder' moments.

Thanks to and @dia_sports and Dxb Chess for hosting the 2nd round of #DASSA Chess tournament this morning. There were some great personal victories and performances from our students who always demonstrated grace and humility in success or defeat.

It's always great to hear how Hartland Intl School students succeed outside of the classroom. Congratulations to Dima, Fedor, and Mikhail on their respective 🥇🥈and🥉 in the U7 category of the recent International Chess Centre tournament. With over 40 entrants, this is a great result.

Some incredible achievements for our students who entered the #ukmt Junior Maths Challenge. Great to see so many students improving on their scores from last year: 9x🥇22x🥈35x 🥉, with many of these coming from our primary students. 2x JMO invites capped it off. #ilovemaths

Time for some of our younger students to participate in a maths challenge event. They were super excited, collaborated well and solved a lot of challenging problems. What a great team 💪 - if only you could bottle their enthusiasm! Thanks to Safa British School school for hosting. 👏

Physics today, and you could feel the 'electricity' in the room with our Y9 and Y10 students participating in the #BPHO Junior Physics Challenge. The 'relatively' hard questions didn't seem to 'matter' as keen scientists progressed through the questions. We're ready for round 2.

Wow - what a day! We hosted 64 Y4 students from schools across Dubai at our maths challenge day. 5 challenges were enthusiastically completed with so much collaboration and resilience within the teams. Grateful to our Y6s for delivering the maths themed Taboo & Pictionary round.
