Our first in person “Meet the Teacher Night” in 3 years offered another opportunity to strengthen our community. A big “thank you” to our PAC who organized the food for the night!

Happy Hallowe’en from Steves! A parade, a mass pumpkin carving in the gym, and a Jack- o’- Lantern display for parents and students to see made for lots of smiles 🎃. #sd38learns

We looked at pumpkins through an artistic, mathematical and scientific lens. First we sketched, then we measured and estimated. Finally, we learned about the scientific method to explore the question, “how many rubber bands does it take to explode a pumpkin?”
