Rachel Edwards, Head of Delivery Partnerships and Volunteers, takes us through The Prince's Trust journey with us over the last 10 years. She said: “Since 2014 I’ve had the privilege to watch it grow to the programme it is today.”

Brandon-Lee Bamford, graduate of The Prince's Trust left collage with engineering qualifications and wanted a stable job, now he’s secured employment as a Warehouse Assistant at RWT through the scheme. Fab job, well done Brandon! 👏🏻🥳
Kyle Hayward was unemployed before getting into The Prince's Trust programme, now he is a Porter helping patients and staff access services across the NHS. Such a great success story, well done Kyle 👏🏻
“Before I joined the NHS through The Prince's Trust I was an unemployed single parent, after applying and having a five-week course , I was offered permanent employment, achieved my dreams and I have never looked back.” Well done Peace, now working as an Imagine Assistant! 👏🏻🥳
Next up we’re hearing from James Tasker, Porter, who left his factory job to become a porter in the NHS through The Prince's Trust and now has a full-time position here at RWT. “We are like one big family,” said James.
Meet Lisa, HCA working in our Emergency Department and has been with us for four years. After being made redundant from her previous role, The Prince's Trust helped Lisa gain the skills, professionally and personally, to be the fabulous HCA she is today! 👏🏻🥳
“I’ve always wanted to work in the NHS. I remember passing the hospital and saying one day I will work in there.” Caitlin explains her journey from being unemployed, struggling financially day-to-day, and The Prince's Trust and RWT helped her achieve this. Well done Caitlin 💙👏🏻🥳
Nathan Walters, Admin Assistant, explains his journey throughout the pandemic and The Prince's Trust enabled him to build on his communication skills, first aid and transferable skills. First aid is the qualification he is most proud of as one day he could save somebody’s life. 👏🏻🏥
