OTD in 1942, murder by gas began in Sobibór.
In early May 1942, mass transports of Polish Jews reached the camp from the Puławy, Krasnystaw, Chełm & Zamość counties.
Soon after, Slovakian, German, Austrian, Czech, Dutch & French Jews, were deported there to their deaths.
