Day 2 Finals Lilly Deller closed the evening off with a splash and dash on the 16yrs 50m butterfly. With a step up from the heats Lilly managed to drop 3 places in the final and performed an amazing swim to close the evening of racing 💪🥳💪🥳

Day 3 Maddie was back in the pool for the 50m Freestyle which was a real splash and dash, over in just 28.37 seconds, just off her pb💪 Aubry then tackled the 400IM making big improvements in his Backstroke and Breaststroke. He finished qualifying 2nd into tonight’s final. 👏👏

Day 3 Finals Lilly Deller and Reese Huckle both represented Monson in the 100m 16 years butterfly final. Reese Huckle dropped time from her heat swim with a new pb coming 4th. Lilly Deller had an amazing swim, achieving a new pb, coming in a close third. 🥉

Day 3 Finals Aubry Armada Bennett swam in the 400m IM final for the 17 year olds. He improved upon his heat swim swimming a new personal best and also coming second place for Monson. He swam an exciting race with lots of support from the crowd🥈🥳

Day 4 English Aubry was back after last nights success in the 400m IM. This time he was swimming 200 BRS. With very short recovery time Aubry found this race hard. He swam a well paced race which was slightly off his pb. Great effort and lots of learning to move this event on 💪🏼

Day 4 English Next up was Julia in the 400 Freestyle who swam a very comfortable heat swim and posted a new personal best time and booked a place in the final. 🙌

Day 4 English Chloe Edwards swam a speedy pb in 100m Backstroke also bagging a spot in tonight’s finals. 👍 Josh was also in the pool again this time swimming 200 Backstroke. Josh swam a very strong heat swim also setting a new pb and another final for this evening 👏

Day 4 Finals First up was Julia in her first 400m Freestyle final. Julia was focused and ready to race. Julia went out fast and controlled the race throughout bringing home an amazing 9 second personal best time from this morning and a very well deserved gold medal 🥇

Day 4 Finals Chloe as next to swim the 100m Back final again Chloe was focused and ready for this final swimming lowering her personal best time for the second time in one day 👏finishing in 6th position.

Day 4 Finals Last to race was Josh in the 200m Backstroke. Josh swam a very well paced race and worked his stroke rate all the way through the race winning another silver medal and setting another personal best time. Josh has had a very good week winning 3 silvers 🥈🥈🥈

Day 5 Finals Some great finals for RTW Monson on Saturday evening. Maddie Hind had a great 100mtr Freestyle Final (16 Years age group) and dropped her time moving to under a minute in this event (59.91), she also moved up a few positions from heat to final placing.

Day 5 Finals Next it was Olivia Quiller (14-15 Years age group), who moved steadily through the gears in the 200mtr Individual Medley Final, narrowly missing out in a medal with a commendable fourth place finish.

Day 5 Finals Olivia Cooley then followed and swam in the 15 Years 50mtr Breaststroke Final. This was Olivia's first national final and she had a fantastic heat swim to qualify. Olivia had another great swim in the final, improving on her heat time & finish overall in 5th place.

Day 6 On the final day of competition Reese Huckle swam the 200mtr Butterfly, a solid swim, finishing 12 in the 16 Years age group.

Day 6 Jess Evans, Olivia Cooley and Billie Ballach swam in the 14-15 Years age group in the 200mtr Breaststroke. Commendable swims all round. Billie was placed joint eleventh from the heats and was invited for a swim off! She had pb'd in the heat and pb'd again in the swim off!

Welsh Nationals in Swansea 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Freddie secured a place in the final for the 200m backstroke with a great  swim knocking off 3 seconds from his entry time. He fought a hard race in the final placing 4th Freddie swam a solid heat in the 50m backstroke qualifying him into the final

National Aquatics Championships 2025 in Sri Lanka. Zoe fought hard to secure top 3 placing in all 5 individual events with 🥈 in the 50m Breaststroke, 200m IM, and 400m IM and 🥉 in the 100m and 200m Breaststroke. Zoe joined the relay squads for her club in Sri Lanka 🥇 🥈 🥈

Zoe fought hard to secure top 3 placing in all 5 individual events with 🥈 in the 50m Breaststroke, 200m IM, and 400m IM and 🥉 in the 100m and 200m Breaststroke.
