Wrote a short piece for Royal Town Planning Institute about ongoing issues surrounding BNG implementation and how it will be enforced. TL;DR: LPAs desperately need resources for training and skills, as well as stronger national guidance, to be able to properly monitor & enforce BNG obligations.
