Two phases are still to go but the Congress ecosystem is euphoric. They've declared victory for the INDIA bloc. They believe that the Congress just needs 45 seats to knock NDA out. The assumption is that these 45 seats will sit neatly atop the 52 seats the Congress won in 2019.
