The RRC applied for the Win CIPP Program, welcoming Chinue Wilford, a 2nd year med student, as our summer participant. Over 6 intensive weeks, she worked with the center, focused on overcoming barriers to pulmonary clinical trial participation among underrepresented populations.

The #RRC presented work at the #ERS Conference in Vienna. Dr. Stringer presented “Exercise Training Improves Symptomatology and Immune Cell Phenotype in Long COVID Patients-Preliminary Results”.

LeAnn received a BS in Physiology from #UCLA & a MS from #King’s #College #London. She works as an exercise physiologist, performing #CPET & other tests for various #research studies. LeAnn recently completed her first Olympic distance #triathlon which she completed in 3:07:11.
