UPDATE: The postponed game between the Bandits and the Talons will be played on Thursday, June 19 at Noon CT.  The suspended game between the Blaze and Volts will resume at approximately 2:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, June 19, as the second game of a doubleheader at Wilkins Stadium.

Here's the official word from the FBS Oversight Committee recommending Sacramento State's FBS waiver request be denied. FCS schools typically need an FBS conference invitation, which Sac State doesn't have. Final decision will be made by the D1 Council later this month.
