Concerned Citizen Vitamin K is essential to reduce the risk of developing devastating brain bleeds in newborns; they are deficient in this essential vitamin at birth no matter the maternal diet; baby’s own guts are very poor at absorbing vitamin K so the best way by this dose single injection.
