In observance of Juneteenth, our offices and call centers will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Regular business hours will resume on Friday, June 20 at 8:30 a.m.

Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 that the Emancipation Proclamation was fully recognized across the nation. RI first commemorated the day as a State holiday in 2024. Today, we recognize and honor Juneteenth, remembering this important day in American history.
