For the past 10 years, the Regional Housing Programme has provided a home to 36,000 people - refugees and displaced persons from the wars of the 1990s. The EU has proudly supported the programme since the first day. Today, 27 families get a new home. A heart-warming moment.

🎙️"Every person's dream is to have a roof over their head." 🏡Meet Rada, Petar, Laura, Darinka and Hava whose dream - to have a home of their own, after decades of displacement - finally came true. They are among close to 36,000 beneficiaries of the #RegionalHousingProgramme.

🇧🇦Nuriz and Senada met in a refugee collective centre during the war in Bosnia. They lived in an old primary school, where 30 people shared each classroom. Today their family is happy in a new home. This is their #RegionalHousingProgramme story👉tinyurl.com/bdd7243p
