🇨🇦 It is Canada Day and I am grateful to live in a country where we are free and if we put our minds and hearts to it we can come together to make it a more just, safe, caring place for all. The effort never ends.

Deep within we are all good but we show who we really are when find ourselves in conflict with others. Some are passive aggressive or avoid conflict. Others are belligerent and mean. It doesn’t take much to learn how to be kind and gracious.

As part of their Health and Physical Education program, over 3500 Grade 7/8 students took part in our London District Catholic School Board Cross-Country Meets this week. Thanks to all educators who helped prepare the students and congrats to every student who participated in the races or the Fitness Walk.

Today we set time aside not only with memories of war but also with a profound hope for peace. Those of us who live in freedom will alway be in debt to those who gave their lives to preserve it. We will remember them #LestWeForget2023 #RemembranceDay2023
