Every day REACT officers do everything they can to keep our children safe outside schools. We are supported by the majority of parents and teachers. Sadly a few drivers keep forgetting that they are not alone on the road or the pavement ☹️

#Dayofaction Forest Fields. REACT officers have visited 3 schools, served 16 PCNs and dealt with 3 flytips. Many of the pcns served were to cars parking on Double Yellow Lines. This has all been done to help keep Forest Fields and Nottingham a better place to be. #safernotts

Officers came across this car today, fully obstructing the pavement. There was space in nearby free bays. The drivers excuse, that it was convenient. It wasn't for the passing pedestrians. Pcn served. #safernotts.

Citizens were extremely happy to see this eyesore being removed with help from the NCC Vehicle Pound. Great Team Work to all those involved 😀

R.E.A.C.T Nottingham officers attended the Fernwood schools this morning. We encountered several parents still trying to obstruct pavements and parking on DYL. Several pcns were served. #saferschools

Officers went to Highbank Primary and Nursery school today with one of our CCTV Vehicles. Parents commented that it was safer. #saferschools

REACT Officers 1942 and 0415 out on patrol in the City Centre. We came across these Cars parked on DYL, blocking the Cycle Track PCN served and authorised for removal. Drivers returned and said we went to get food. Advice given. DYL are 24/7 Neghat Khan
