While making deliveries, Hugo usually wears his jacket open until he arrives. Then he awkwardly scrambles to fasten the closures. He's a nerd about his torus, so he's rarely without it—hiding under his jacket. I can't get him to tie shoe laces or drawstrings. He's impossible.
