Mitchell has tremendous upside and is a true post player. She should be on many college radar's but has gone somewhat under the radar. True 6'5 who is intimidating defensively. Could be a kid that flourishes in the right college system.

With the strength from God, I’m beyond blessed to say I have committed to further my academic and athletic career at Franklin College! A big thank you to my family, coaches, and teammates for helping me on my journey and the unconditional support. Let’s go Grizzlies!💙💛

Canaan has picked up 3 or 4 offers in a week. Her most recent offer being Central Michigan. She is another player from the River City who has the tools to be special. It will be an interesting year seeing how she handles being the primary focus of the opposing team's defense.

I watched a few games in the spring of the Mavericks. Compete regardless of competition level! Beat Indiana Elite's 15U 3SSB by teamwork and hustle. What a game! Brooke Silva and Azaria Finn (North) and Makayla Ford (Memorial) ought to be big contributors for their programs.

Many programs ended their AAU season this past weekend. I didn't get out and watch games, but by the looks of it our River City kids did extremely well! I have seen numerous offers and write ups. Keep representing the River City well. Good luck this school year! Make it count!

Silva continues to outwork the competition and incrementally get better. She's tough matchup with the mindset that winning matters. Add this to an already talented roster, North will cause a lot of fits for teams in the River City. Size-Speed-Shooters-competitors

Glad the River City is getting some recognition by Prep Hoops. The 2026 and 2027 classes are very strong. Kids not on the "radar" right now will surprise some people this year. Add the size, shooting, and strength of the 2025's we would be a tough out for most other areas.

I had to have an operation done and haven't been on social media in any capacity. Much has taken place since I last logged on X! There have been a few offers, commitments, and visits! Also, did you see who all is playing in the North Classic this year? Wow! Loaded event!?!?!

I have had some serious health issues the last 6 months and have been locked out of my account from being away for so long. I am on the mend and now home from rehab. I hope to be able to catch some AAU games by end of summer. ♥️🏀👍

Being from Evansville I'm pulling for the Purple Aces to land Hape. She would be a tremendous addition to the Aces program and I feel she would thrive in their system. She has exceptional basketball IQ and is a team first player but possesses the tools to fill up the stat sheet.

I'm hearing Memorial is dealing with a long list of injuries to key players around Canaan. I've seen Canaan play a few times in the past and her skill and athleticism is through the roof. Suggestions - Put the ball in her hands and run her off a plethora of screens.

It appears Finn has made the move from North to Castle in Newburgh. She should help give the Knights another option at guard with her ability to penetrate and Elite 3 point shooting.

This transfer could change the balance of power in the River City. The addition of Rhyan Wagner from Mater Dei to Reitz is scary. Add Wagner to an already talented group led by Baily Happe, this team passes the eye test and is poised to make some noise in the SIAC and post season

Central returns the top player in the River City in Shirley, but graduation hurt them at the guard position. Will they be able to retool their roster in time to hit their post-season stride like last year? This early season tournament will be a great measuring stick to find out.
