Just over a decade ago, the U.S. had a $39B ag trade surplus. Now we have a $39B deficit. Our biggest deficits? Canada & Mexico. Only grains/oilseeds (corn, soy, wheat) still show a surplus—about 95% of it. Everything else? Losing ground.
