I did 8.4 miles last night at work. Needless to say my ankle is killing me.

Tonight is a challenging night mentally.

Our Ohio Reds fall season started today. We won our 1st game 21-0 and threw a no hitter. Our 2nd game got rained out. I can tell this is going to be a fun season with these boys.

I need to find a fantasy league to join

Messed up my leg at practice tonight. Huge knot or whatever this is. It hurts.

All my fantasy leagues collapsed this yr. This will be the first yr with no fantasy for me in a long time. Kinda sad

Since I couldn't find a fantasy league to get into this yr I'm going to do DFS instead all season. If you have any sites or publications you use let me know. #DFS

I'm falling into a depression again. I just can't get out of it. I find no joy in anything in life anymore. I don't want to go out in public and it's a struggle just to go to work. All I do is stay in bed. I hate this. #PTSD

The mental struggle is real. I'm struggling to deal with the PTSD. I try hard to deal with it and not put my problems on others. I just want it to stop. I want to feel normal just once. I can see why the 22 a day is a thing. It feels like the only option sometimes.

So today I had to get a new pair of khaki for work since most of mine are now to big. This is the first time in idk how many hrs I was able to shop in the men's section not the big and tall. I'm down 40+ lbs so far and still grinding. I have goals to hit and I will reach them.

Up at the Wade Park VA in Cleveland today for some tests. They found a spot on my lung

Why are used cars so damn expensive. I need something reliable to get back and forth to work. Everything cheap has a ton of issues. I don't want to spend 5-6k on a beater for work. I just need it to have heat and ac and no issues. FML
