May God help us preach the Gospel in such a way that lost people know they need to be saved. (And not in such a way that truly saved people think they are lost.)

For the record, while I find it best (for me) not to respond to critical comments, I tend to leave them up. Unless they are anonymous. I generally mute those. If you won't say who you are, I won't pay attention to what you say.

I read that "we should watch 'The Chosen' as if the Bible didn't exist." I'd rather read the Bible as if 'The Chosen didn't exist. Haven't seen the movie. But I've read the Book.

I have no doubt that my eyes are as good as ever. But Christmas card pictures sure have become much smaller and fuzzier. Please don't be offended if I fail to tell you how great your family looked when I see you. 😀

It is Biblical to take a stand. It is not Biblical to "love a good fight." "He loveth transgression that loveth strife." Proverbs 17:19. Those who love to fight, love to sin.

I like to ask: "What is the favorite Christmas present you gave." Love doesn't cause us to want to get. It motivates us to want to give. God so loved... that He gave.

Not sure why some think a believer can "lose their salvation." If it doesn't last forever, it's not everlasting life.

Some people would seem smarter if they didn't speak. Job 13:5 "O, that ye would altogether hold your peace and it should be your wisdom."

Good chocolate is ruined when it is filled with a fruit flavor. IMO, chocolate may properly be filled with caramel, other chocolate and coconut. Anything else should be illegal.

I stand corrected. Peanut butter goes very well with chocolate.

The first step to financial security (after putting God first by tithing) is to spend less than you make. It doesn't matter how much you make, it matters how much of what you make you spend. "...a foolish man spendeth it up." Proverbs 21:20

One of the most important steps in discerning the will of God is to surrender to it in advance. (Romans 12: 1 & 2) God does not reveal His will so we may consider it, He reveals His will so that we may commit to it.

Ironic that the same screeching liberals who are alarmed that ICE agents are "attacking" criminal illegals were silent when those same illegals actually were attacking (legal) U.S. citizens.

God may change our place or our position, but never our purpose. (I Corinthians 10:31)

Mainstream media: a collection of vapid individuals who breathlessly explain how little they know while urging us to "stay tuned" to hear the same empty message the next hour. (With a different host. But the same guests.)

Don't ever let the parts of the Bible you don't understand keep you from obeying the parts you do.

My dad often said: "Some people just don't understand anything except a good swift kick in the seat of the pants." May the Lord help us not to be among that number.

The Lord Jesus has always existed. He has always been God. He never stopped being God. He always will be God. To deny any of these truths is to deny the Diety of Christ

Since radical Islamists, trying to force their culture on others, consider dogs unclean and don't want to live near them, maybe we should all..... buy a dog? 🙂
